
This is one of the coolest things I’ve seen in a long time. This sign went up recently in front of Congregation Shaarey Tefilla, a synagogue on 116th Street in Carmel. “Shul” is the Yiddish word for synagogue.
If Christian churches can have official, AASHTO MUCTD-compliant Church signs supplied by the government, then by George, so should the synagogues — in the appropriate language!
