While I was in Chicago in early January, I made a whole bunch of photographs along the Chicago River on the north end of the Loop. I shot a Minolta Maxxum 5 with a 35-70mm f/4 Maxxum AF Zoom lens. I shot some Kodak Ultramax 400 and some Fujifilm Fujicolor 200, and as I share the images I’m not going to bother telling you which photos were shot on which film. I can’t tell which photos came from which roll just by looking at these scans; can you?

    Great photos Jim!
Coming from a rural/small town background, cities like Chicago and NYC make me nervous, but I would still like to shoot some cityscapes. Maybe even some street/candid photography, but I am kind of introverted, so it would be a challenge for me

One thing about being in downtown Chicago is that there are soooooo many people, that you with a camera are essentially invisible!

Some nice shots in that group. It would be hard to pick a favorite. Also a good demonstration of the value in thoroughly exploring a subject.
