You didnt enjoy the whole Guinness experience, then, Jim? Its a lot of years since I went but I remember it as being pretty impressive. Mind you, it was the first of its kind in Ireland back then and stood out from the usual, low-key visitor attractions.

    • I didn’t. It was loud and crowded, and I felt herded through. It was clearly a designed tourist attraction; I’d hoped for something more authentic. At least I got to pour my own pint.

Agree. I thought the Guineas Experience was the biggest tourist rip in Dublin. This was a real disappointment, considering how much I love Guiness, particularly the real Irish Guinness, not the Canadian version we get.

        • The Guinness in Ireland was def. creamier and slightly more substantial. My first Guinness back in the States was a mild shock.

      • Well… usually we can’t have it all. The rest of the picture is very delicately exposed anyway, and those rails leading the eyes inwards… how can you simply not love it to bits? :)

  2. Hey damn, really fantastic shot!! Deep and rich tones, reminds me why I loved T-Max 400 so much and why I should buy more soon!
