I would enjoy a blog from you suggesting how someone could start a blog. I like the look of WordPress, but I think I need a hosting service. I am cheap, so I do not want more monthly costs. I know of some tricky ways to do this without a hosting service, but not recommended. Your thoughts appreciated. Cheers

Why do you think you need a hosting service? If you don’t, then WordPress.com is so fully featured you should just start there for free.
