My little house faces east.

I get delicious morning light in my front rooms.

It’s the thing I enjoy most about my home.

What do you enjoy most about yours?
Some photos after I moved in are here.

Are these pictures digital? Do you shoot digital at all?
Oh yes. I shot all of these with my Canon PowerShot S95. Stay tuned, on Monday I will review this camera in depth.
Looking forward to it.
I enjoy getting home after a hard days work, I like you photo’s nice warm tones.
PS. I wish I had somewhere to display my cameras.
Christopher, one of the advantages of being unmarried is that I can put my cameras anywhere I want!
My favorite place in my apartment its my living room, balcony doors are here, and the light that comes through it in the morning hours its just beautiful, it makes it look cozy. I love the last picture you have of your family room, gorgeous really :) It feels very inviting (plus I love browns, the color scheme looks lovely).
Thank you so much! I’ve enjoyed decorating my home.
In our living room he have a large built-in shelving unit. Before kids, it was a fun area to decorate to enhance the living room’s character. Now that I have a wee one in the house, the upper shelves hold family photos and the lower shelves and “cupboards” house toys, art supplies, board games, DVDs, videos and puzzles. It’s a wonderful combination of function meeting form.
I remember those days when everything in the house was adapted for small children. Can I just say I don’t miss those days? I like being able to use my bottom shelves for whatever I want and not for what makes the most sense for kids with curious hands!
Two things I enjoy most.
One is how comfortable and safe this house makes me feel after so many years here. I can put the rest of the world on complete hold when I’m here and feel completely relaxed.
The other thing is playing games and spending time with our daughters and grandson around the dining room table. One thing that always seems to happen is getting on some laughing jag that just exhausts us to tears. We love that we have that joy in our family.
I like it – it’s more about the moments there than about the place itself.
